Customer Care

Jeanne PrescottI enjoy assisting Ranchers with product questions and assisting them with dealer locations. As Customer Care I also work closely with Ranchers to hear what their likes and concerns are.  With a compassionate heart I hear them out so we at Rio can learn and grow with them. (Rio is all about building open and honest Relationships through great communication.)  We embrace Continuous Improvement; therefore, it does matter to us what our Ranchers are saying. I play a big rule in relaying important information from the Rancher to the Sales Reps and company.


Prior to Rio Nutrition I worked at a bank as a Personal Banker.  I enjoy sales and taking the time to listen to what the customer is needing and fit them with what works for them. I enjoy the challenges and finding solutions to make the customer happy and satisfied. I believe in going the extra mile.


I have an Associate’s Degree in Business/Marketing through AIU.

I’m a proud mother of 5 children and a grandmother. Our household also loves the companionship from our Pitbull Thor, and two cats Julia and Ceelo.  Spending time with my children, grandchildren, family and friends is very important to me. In my spare time, I like to be outdoors at the race track watching my boys race Dirt Bike. When I am not at the track I enjoy; walking my dog, working outdoors, riding my 4-wheeler, singing or volunteering in the community.
